Convenient location by bus. Small but nice spa. Bathroom slightly small, but room very large. Lovely 5-star in residential area. Helpful, friendly staff. Attention to detail, like chocolates and bedtime story. Efficient pillow request. Ambiance, gardens, and breakfast buffet were lovely. Comfortable room with high ceiling. Efficient check-in, late-night bar. Comfortable beds, abundant breakfast. Friendly staff. Perfectly situated close to city. Nice breakfast, spacious public areas, good parking, Tesla charger. Exterior being painted, suggesting future improvements.

Luxurious amenities This hotel was an amazing experience. the exclusive amenities exceeded my expectations. the spa and wellness centre was exceptional with a sauna, massage, spa lounge, steam room, Turkish bath, sun terrace and garden area. the service was incredible with packed lunches, special diet menus and private facilities. the room advantages were divine with in-room breakfast, a bar/lounge area and a restaurant with fantastic cuisine. I can't believe how well I was treated.
Minor noise disturbance there was a minor issue. the room we stayed in was facing a busy road and it was noisy in the mornings, starting at around 4-5AM.

The hotel is located in a calm suburban area just outside the city center, making it a perfect choice for a relaxing family getaway. The rooms are spacious and the staff is friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to accommodate special requests. The garden area is lovely, providing a nice space for children to run around freely. The restaurant offers a superb menu and prompt service during meal times. a nice experience for families.
The food in the restaurant was average, not living up to the excellent menu.
